EnhancerFinder Paper Published in PLOS Comp Bio!

The manuscript describing EnhancerFinder, our integrative machine learning approach to predicting gene regulatory enhancers genome-wide, just appeared in PLOS Computational Biology:
Integrating Diverse Datasets Improves Developmental Enhancer Prediction

Our predictions are available in a track hub for the UCSC Genome Browser. Follow that link and then click on the “My Hubs” tab to access them. Check out the paper for details.

Recent Good News!

Several good things have happened to members of the Capra Lab recently.  A few highlights:

Tony gave invited seminars at the Université de Montréal, the University of Kentucky, and the University of Virginia.

Corinne Simonti presented her poster “Examining Disease SNPs for regulatory enhancer potential: What does a non-coding GWAS hit really mean?” at ASHG 2013.
